No. Higgsfield’s DaVinci Resolve plugin generates video, images, LUTs, reframes, and similar media. Motus generates motion graphics — kinetic type, multi-element scenes, animated charts, camera-move explainers, and title sequences — as native OGraf clips you can still edit.
Which plugin should a Resolve editor install?
Install Higgsfield if you need generated footage or stills inside Resolve. Install Motus if you need editable motion graphics from a prompt — including complex scenes, not only a title card. They solve different jobs and can sit in the same workspace.
Does Motus run on Mac like Higgsfield?
The Motus AI plugin is Windows-only and needs DaVinci Resolve 21+. Higgsfield’s Resolve plugin supports macOS and Windows on Resolve 19+. Motus Motion Text and Motus Gradient (free Fusion packs) do run on Windows and macOS.
