AI lower thirds in DaVinci Resolve
Make AI lower thirds in DaVinci Resolve with Motus: prompt the name and title, import a native clip, keep editing type and colour. Motus is built for complex motion graphics; a name tag is the simple case.
Can Motus make lower thirds in DaVinci Resolve?
Yes. Prompt the name, title, and style in the Motus chat panel. The lower third imports as a native clip. You can still change the type, colour, and layout, then rewrite exposed text from Resolve’s Inspector.
Do I need Fusion for a lower third?
Not for a prompted, editable one. Keep a locked Fusion template if you already have a show package. Motus is the path when the brief is a sentence and the cut is already in Resolve.
Can I change the name after import?
Yes. Edit the copy in Motus, or rewrite exposed text fields from the Inspector. Bigger motion changes are a new generation in chat and spend credits.
